The owner of this vehicle came to us having been told that their car was in need of so much work to get it back on the road that it was worth next to nothing. In fact they offered a couple of thousand to buy it off them.

Not willing to accept £2k for their car or the £4-5k repair bill they came to us. It was sweet to hear it running when we just replaced the fuel pump!

That is not to say the other jobs won't need doing at some point but there is a lot of difference between worn components and those that have failed.
